Patience Jonathan Undergoes Surgery In Germany For Ruptured Appendicitis

A reliable source has confirmed that Nigeria’s first lady Dame Patience Jonathan has undergone a surgery in Germany for ruptured appendicitis. The first lady has been in the country for over a week now and her spokesman Mr. Ayo Osinlu made us believe she had gone there to rest.

Patience Jonathan was flown to Germany after she did not properly respond to a food poisoning condition she developed just after returning from the United Arab Emirates.

It is believed that the first lady is now in a stable condition at the Horst Schmidt Klinik in Wiesbaden, Germany and would be discharged to come back home anytime soon.
So what happened to the so called teaching hospitals that the government claims to be well equipped? Was she wrongly diagnosed by the medical personnel in Aso rock? Who is truly safe in this country?
Her Excellency

Our sources could not say when she will return to the country.  Nigeria’s political leaders and their families routinely seek expensive medical attention abroad, an irony occasioned by their failure to develop the same facilities at home.  In the past few years, two former First Ladies have died on foreign hospital beds.
