Hundreds of Catholics
yesterday flocked to a Malaysian hospital, the Sime Darby Medical
Centre in Kuala Lumpur, to hold a prayer vigil in front of what they
believed to be a vision of the Virgin Mary which 'miraculously'
appeared on one of the building's seventh floor windows.
The people were convinced that what you see in the photo above, was a vision of the mother of Jesus Christ, Virgin Mary. They even claimed they saw a second image of Jesus Christ two windows away.
Men, women and children all flocked to the hospital, some from hundreds of miles away. Though not everyone is convinced. Some people think it's a hoax.
Father Lawrence Andrew, editor of Malaysian Catholic newsletter The Herald, said that the church would need to investigate and verify the authenticity of the images and 'the experiences of the witnesses'.
