Food for the day: Curry Rice
Hey guys, saw this beautiful dish on a blog and thought i did share it with you. Before i go further,I would like to say well done to Lohi for this beautiful dish. I am definitely going to try it out soon. Enjoy.

Ingredients
Chicken(chicken breast, boneless, cut in cubes)
1/2Onion
Garlic cloves
Curry Powder
sour cream
flour
Spice(salt,maggi)
Preparation
Fry onions and garlic in curry till it is caramelized
spice chicken in a pot and let it cook quickly for like 10mins or until you can tell it is cooked
Once chicken is cooked, pour 1 table spoon of sour cream into chicken broth to thicken it.
Add onions and garlic earlier cooked and let it simmer for about 5mins.
Taste. if it has a very sharp/sour taste, add a little(I/2 tsp) flour to neutralize it. let simmer for about 5 more minutes and it is ready.
