Lauryn Hill Turns Down Interview With Oprah Winfrey!

It may be hard to believe that queen of TV talk shows, Oprah Winfrey, was turned down by a celebrity for an interview, but that's exactly what happened when Lauryn Hillrefused to appear on Oprah's Next Chapter.
Currently riding high from the success of her interview with Rihanna last night [Aug 21],Oprah is most likely looking for her next target after chatting with Olympic gold medallistGabby Douglas, next weekend. One direction where she won't be welcome though, is that of'Doo Wop (That Thing)' singer, Lauryn Hill.
When a fan asked Oprah to approach Laurynfor a candid interview, Oprah replied: "Tried. She said no”.
Perhaps Lauryn is hoping to keep attention away from herself, considering she is currently awaiting sentencing for tax evasion in addition to speculation surrounding the paternity of her youngest child whom she gave birth to last year.
